BlackBerry Curve 9220 Smartphone

After a long gap it is good news for you as BlackBerry realized its new Smartphone Known as BlackBerry Curve 9220 on May 2012. This Smartphone works on 2G GSM network worldwide.

BlackBerry Curve 9220The Curve 9220 follows same hardware features as Curve 8520. Built fully with plastic coated body but it is much more powerful than its predecessor i.e. the 8520. Weighting 102g and Dimension of 109 x 60 x 12.7 mm. Qwerty Keyboard   can be found with an additional row of shortcut keys. It comes with TFT, Touch-sensitive optical track pad, 2.4 inch display and 320 x 240 resolution pixels. Runs with its new Operating Software as BlackBerry OS 7.1. Which is faster and user friendly than OS 6. The best feature that can attract more target audience is BBM i.e. BlackBerry Messenger, can be used only after unlocking the device.

Curve 9220 has its primary camera of 2 MP, 1600×1200 pixels resolution. Have video facilities and no secondary camera. It could be better if they would sport 5MP in spite of 2MP as it has been mass attraction for youths. Anyways moving towards other features, its sound quality comes with Polyphonic (64), MP3 ringtones with 3.5mm jack inbuilt port. For data storage it comes with internal memory of 512 RAM and extendable card slot up to 32 GB. Curve 9220 supports GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth v2.1 with A2DP, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity. It comes in Black, Fuchsia Pink, Pure White, Teal Blue color. Powered with Standard battery, Li-Ion 1450 mAh (J-S1), giving talk time up to 7 hrs and play music up to 28 hrs.
